DOT/FMCSA COMPLIANCE NOTICE

This inspection follows Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations 49 CFR Parts 393 and 396. Any vehicle failing this inspection must be placed OUT OF SERVICE until repairs are completed and documented. Violations may result in fines up to $25,000 per offense.

CFR 393.40: Every commercial motor vehicle must be equipped with brakes adequate to control the movement of and to stop and hold the vehicle.
